Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to manage from an exchange server. That
all users get an extra folder in outlook named spam. And that a new e-mail
with as subject ***SPAM*** is automaticly being redirected to that folder. I
want this be done by central management. I don't want to go to all the users
And making manually the folder with the right rule.

Thanks

Hi,

That is not possible in exchange 2000 and exchange 2003. In exchange 2007
you can from the exchange server create the spam folder but still not create
the rule to move the spam mails to that folder.

Why not use the Junk mail folder in Outlook 2003 and the IMF to move mails
to that folder?
