Can anyone tell me why I can't statically assign an IP address to our
Exchange 2007 server? I installed Exchange 2007 with DHCP enabled and want
to change it over to static. Is there a simple way of doing this? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - please see my reply to your nearly identical post in
microsoft.public.exchange.connectivity (to wit: this is not an Exchange
issue & you should post in one for Windows server). In the future, please
don't multipost - if you need to post to multiple groups, it's best to
crosspost instead, by posting a single message to a handful of relevant
groups (separate the NG names with commas) so that everyone can follow the
thread. Multiposting wastes everyone's time, including yours, and may lead
to your actually getting *less* help rather than more.
