MSDTC Fails during Exchange Failover

I'm running a Win2k3 enviroment with Exchange 2k3. I have a 2 node
cluster that I'm having problems failing the MSDTC to the B node. All
other resources come online but once the MSDTC fails it falls back to
node A. The errors I get are

I have evicted node B from the cluster and readded it and still receive

the same errors. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
