I send an appointment and invite a user and it comes back undeliverable and
the same appointment gets delivered to another user calendar that I did not
invite; strange! the user can setup appointment and invite others but he
cannot receive appointments if people invites him.
Please help.

Hi,

Have you checked that the user has not configured a delegate in Outlook?

One way calendar appointments Hello. I'm using ActiveSync on my Treo700wx and Motorola Q to sync with my corporate Exchange server. Emails and such work fine, but I don't want to do a sync with my calendar appointments. I have some personal appointments in my phone that

group calendar I have 20 users scheduled to work on a rotation shift; thus, 24hr a day are covered. I will like to put them in a group and than see the group calendar - which will be the combined contents of all 20 users. Is this possible in exchange 2003? Thanks, raul
