Import additonal fields into contact

I have a user that wishes to import a field from an Excel spreadsheet into
his contact list. How can I do that without disturbing any of the other
fields.

You mean his contact list in Outlook? Can he export his current contacts
into a .CSV file (File | Import and Export...) then open that .CSV in Excel
and copy the Excel field into that file. Then go back the other way?
It may take a bit of massaging but it should be possible.

Linking Outlook fields from the "Contact Folder" to a custom Using Exchange Server 2003/Outlook 2003, we have created a custom Help Desk form in Outlook. OWA - change fields shown : to, from. Hi, I use the OWA - but for some reason the from 'field' for my inbox is not present. Instead is shown the 'to' field. Which is not so interesting as it should be me anyway... I cannot see how to change it, but maybe you can give me a clue? Thanks and bes
