Automatic electronic signature for just one user

If we set up KMS for Exchange 2000, would we be able to
attach a electornic signature from a server automatically
every time a message goes out from one perticular
mailbox? There is an automatically generated message
going out every month from one mailbox in our company
(such as a newsletter), but they want to attach a
signature to the message. Is it possible to do with KMS?
please advise.

Heather -

KMS just archives the certificate and provides it to the client. This
client -- Outlook or whatever -- does the actual S/Mime signature/encryption
work, not the server. So if you want to attach a signature to the message,
you'll do it from the client-side. How is the message automatically
generated?
