Auto reply

Hi
i have exchange 2000 server installed in my office. I want this: when
somebody emails me, i want automatic reply sent to him with certain
attachment. I don't want to do this through Out of office . I'd appreciate if
there is any other way to do. I tried though rules wizard but then it works
only within the office users (the users in address list). If somebody emails
me from external address (like from yahoo) , it doesn't work.
help needed..

Hi,

This can only work with outlook rules. Reason that it didn't wotk for you
with external mails is that this has to be allowed in the Exchange server
(global settings).
