Dear,

We are using Exchange 2000 Server. When the user opens Excel and Word
attachments on OWA, the Logon Screen always popup. User needs to click on
"Cancel" button to continue.

We have Office 2000 on that PC. I had already installed Service Pack 3 of
Office 2000 into the PC.

Any way to resolve this?

Thanks in advance!

Rebecca
