I have appointment reminders that are popping up from a person who is no
longer in the Active Directory users list. He was a supervisor, and had set
up several appointment reminders for the people that worked in his
department, he was let go and his profile removed from the active directory
list; however the department personnel still receive those annoying pop up
reminders for his meetings.
Any Suggestions?

Thanks,

Hi,

It is not appointment entries in your own calendars that have these
reminders pop up?

No Leif, It is when someone else creates an appointment/meeting in Outlook
and schedules other people to attend the meeting, once the other people
accept the meeting then the reminders popup on their computer while in
Outlook.
In this case the person created a reoccuring meeting, scheduled 15 people to
attend, and set a reminder for 30 minutes prior to. While he worked here that
was good, but now he is gone and his profile has been deleted; however this
appointment reminder still keeps popping up for those remaining 15 people.

Hi,

Yes, but isn't this recurring meeting still in the 15 users calendars?

They should be able to open once of these meetings and then select to delete
all of these meetings

I wish it were that easy. There is no indication of the appointement in the
individual's calendar.
