Any good books on exchange?

Dear All,

I'm having a lot of trouble with my Exchange Server 2000
and I need a real good book that just doesn't tell me
about the setup of the Exchange but that gives an insider
look at the Exchange Server 2000 and talks rather about
the internals of the server.

Please please help.
