I am receiving "Advanced Queue failed to deliver message" when tracking
a message that wasn't received by one of my users.
Our inbound mail is routed through a 3rd party that filters the mail
for spam and viri. Messages are either blocked for content, or
"logged" if they are suspect, but not verified as spam. Only messages
that are marked as "Logged" are having this problem.
My server specs are:
Windows 2K - fully patched
Exchange 2000 SP3
Symantec AV Corporate Edition 10.0
Symantec Mail Security
I have disabled real-time scanning of exchsrvr\mailroot\Vsi 1\Queue and
other Exchange folders like exchsrvr\mdbdata\*.* and \mtadata\*.* to
try to rule out Symantec AV as the problem.
Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!
