Access other Exchange Server

Dear,

We are one Company , using Exchange server 5.5 for Mail Server.
We have create one Orangziation on Exchange , and on the Orangization have
different Site.
Each Site on different country . ( like ExchHK01 , ExchUS01 )

On the client Site . it is using WINXP Pro with MS Outlook 2000

The Problem Is that ...

We have one site on France , Every time whrn they Access outlook ,
IT will auto access to HK Mail Server to get some resource ....

But, They only need to access France's Server is OK, I don't why it will
auto access our server on other country, IT will Speed many many Time.

Anyone know Why ,

Most likely the clients are hitting the UK server for Public Folders. You
will want to replicate ALL folders (including system folders) to the site in
France. That way clients will look locally for their folders.
