Hi,

Im having a problem connecting to MX destinations when they are hosted with
1and1 internet only.

IP 212.227.15.186
IP 212.227.15.150
IP 212.227.15.169

Are all hosted with 1and1.

My exhange server cannot connect (not sure where to look to see the
conneciton log ... if someone could explain ?)

When I run :

"TELNET 212.227.15.186 25"

from my IP address i get the following msg:

"550 RBL rejection: local dynamic IP address "

I have thrown my IP at every blacklist i can find and its always looked
clean.

I trying to talk to 1and1 support to find out why they are rejecting my
conneciton but its proving a slow process.

My MX / DNS for my domain appears to be fine as incoming email ok and
website ok.

Internal DNS resolution appaers to be fine too, can get to any site form my
exchange server.

Email to non 1and1 host SMTP services appears to be fine .....so far.

Can anyone help find the source of this problem ?

Any think else i should be checking ?

Thanks for your time
Scott
