I am trying to uninstall the Exchange 2007 managements tools as the install
went belly up -
I get the following error message -

"unable to access the registry to retrieve the language identifier
information"

is there a manual way to uninstall?

Is the Remote Registry service running on the system?

Removed the registry key completely rebooted - installed fine -

Wouldnt work with the exchange admin acccount -
fix was to remove hte profile and then recreate and it worked.
