evict the dead node. join the new node to the cluster and load exchange,
SPs, etc.

From your storage device, you'll need to present the drives to the new node.
What is the storage?

Once the drives are presented, configure clustering on the new node and join
the existing cluster. If you have MPIO, you may fail to automagically find
the quorum, in which case you click the advanced tab and choose it. Once
the node has sucessfully joined the cluster, install exchange and any SPs
you have on the other node.
